Mr. Curtis Mitchell, 70, transitioned from this life on February 18, 2020.
He was born in Halifax County on March 22, 1949 to the late James Mitchell and Elsie Rowe.
He was employed for many years by the TA Loving Construction Company as a Pipe Technician.
He will always be remembered for his love of family, dogs, gardening, and football.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers Cornelius Lee Rowe, James Charles Mitchell, Jr. and Charlie Mitchell.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his ex-wife Patricia Mitchell who was vital in his care-giving, his children: Curtis Mitchell (Kinyatta), JaDana Mitchell-Pugh (Alvin), and LaCardra T. Mitchell.; Grandchildren: Jayla Mitchell & Savion Malik Mitchell ;one sister, Margaret Marie Mitchell of Goldsboro, NC; one brother, Mr. Robert Earl Mitchell (Belinda) of Fremont, NC, as well as a host of nephews, nieces and other Siblings.
