Gregory Bernard Hill's Obituary
The management and staff of Serenity Memorial Funeral Home extend its sincerest condolences to the family of Mr. Gregory Bernard Hill, 52, of Goldsboro, NC, who transitioned on Wednesday April 29, 2020 at the Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.
Gregory Bernard Hill was born on February 27, 1968, to Lucille Hill and the Late Sherman Hill in Wayne County, NC. He was the second child of Four children.
He received his formal education at Charles B. Aycock High School and was an graduate of the class of 86'. He would later go on to enlist in the United States Navy. He worked for a number of years as a tire repairman for Prince Tires and other local tire companies. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Sherman Hill, and one nephew; Tyler Lamar Hill.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories one daughter: Keyosha Hill of Goldsboro, NC, two grandchildren: Tahjinay Hill and Myracle Hill both of Goldsboro, NC; his mother Lucille Hill of Fremont, NC, one sister Sharon Hill of Goldsboro, NC; two brothers: Jeffrey Hill ( Dawn), New Mexico, and Tamarice Hill of Fremont, NC, one special friend Carolyn Artis of Goldsboro, NC, and a host of other relatives and friends.
