Mr. Joe Harlin Porter, 66, of Mary Esther, FL, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Joe was born September 03, 1950 in Richmond,VA to Joe and Eloise Porter.
He is survived by a sister Denice (Leroy) Lewis
