Mr. John Earl Hagins
Affectionately known as (Pancake, Pan) served on the United States Army. John Earl was born to the late Howard Lee and Selma Reid Hagins on October 9, 1929. He was raised around Wayne County where he attended school. He met and married Alberta Harper to that union five children were added with John Earl Jr. who proceeded him in death. He leaves Joyce, Shelia, Anthony, Earldean (DeeDee) and one step daughter Linda (Donald) Wooten to cherish. One special cousin, Officer Ben Reid Jr. (Lois) of Pikeville, NC. His memories along with Sarina Manhard, Jasmine Eding, David Eding, Lillian Spier, Yvonne Russell and Jennette Breckenridge. One sister who also proceeded him in death Ruby Barnes. John Earl has eight grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
