I know I’m late in posting this, but I truly couldn’t bring myself to write it sooner. The sadness and heartbreak have been heavy, and putting it into words has been so hard and surreal .
I had the pleasure of working with her at Parks & Rec for about a year, and in that short time, she made a lasting impression. She was always so kind, sweet, and had a great sense of humor. We would often talk about our families, and her face would always light up when she talked about her children and grandchildren —you could see how much she loved them. She brought warmth and light to every room she walked into. I will miss our jokes and her laughing at silly things I'd say.
She used to call me “angel,” and I always thought that was so sweet. It made my day every time. I’m heartbroken now, knowing she’ll meet real angels in heaven and find out just how far from angelic I really am. But that was just her—always seeing the good in people.
I was already missing her after she retired, knowing I wouldn’t see her come through the office doors anymore and reminding me that it was time for me to eat —but now, with her sudden passing, I truly and deeply miss her.
Still, I find a bit of comfort in knowing and trusting that she is resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

I did not know Ms. Judy personally, however if she was anything like her sister Linda, I know she was an amazing person and will be missed dearly. My thoughts are prayers are with all the family during this time. May God bring you peace and comfort.
