My life's been full, I savoured much. Grieve if you will, but not for long.
I am at peace my soul is at rest.
Lovelace J. Williams son of the late Lovelace Williams and the late Lillie Mae Artis was born on October 31, 1943, in Greene County, NC.
He quietly and peacefully departed this life on June 22, 2019, at the Vidant Medical Center, in Greenville, NC.
He attended Greene County Public Schools.
In 1966, he married Frances K. Thigpen and to this union, they share eight children.
Lovelace Williams, was preceded in death by three brothers; Herbert Williams, Bobby Lee Williams and George F. Williams; three sisters: Della Grace Smith, Lillie Mare Pryor, and Dorothy Barnes.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife; Frances K. Williams of the home, Six daughters: Julia Amy Lamb of Eureka, NC; Felicia W Meza (Ricardo) of Fremont, NC; Pamela Williams of Pikeville, NC, Charlotte Yelverton, Denise Williams both of Pikeville, NC, and Jeanine Williams of Fremont, NC; two sons: James Donnie Williams of Fremont, NC, and Shawn Dawson of Greensboro, NC; three sisters, Sarah Williams of Pikeville, NC; Barbara Henderson and Annie Joyce Sutton both of Goldsboro, NC; one brother; Johnnie Williams (Angela) of Wilson, NC; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
