Mr. Darrell Keith Applewhite's Obituary
Goldsboro -- It is with profound sorrow and grief that we the management and staff of Serenity Memorial Funeral Home join with the Applewhite and connected families to announce the earthly transition of Mr. Darrell Keith Applewhite ,52, entered into eternal rest at his residence.
The pages of life began to turn for Darrell Keith Applewhite on July 30, 1968, when he was born to the late Glenn Robert Applewhite and Alean Darden Applewhite.
Darrell received his basic education in the Wayne Couty Public School Systems and would later go on to continue his education at the Brunswick Job Corps Center, Brunswick, GA. and Earle C. Clements Jobs Corps Center, in Morganfield, Kentucky, he obtained a trade as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
Darrell was guided by his parents to love God, and he spent most his younger attending church at Philadelphia Community Church, Miracle Temple Church, and Darden Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
He would later meet and birth his only son with a very special lady in his life; Dianne W. Boseman.
The final page was turned on Thursday, April 8, 2021, in Goldsboro, NC at his residence.
He leaves to carry on his legacy; his mother Alean Applewhite, his son: Damarcus Warren: two grandchildren: Airen Warren and Aleena Warren both of Virginia Beach, Va; A good deal of nieces and nephews: Dequan Bolden, Vincent Boyd, Lakisha Applewhite, William Bolden, Jr.; Virginia Beach, Va Glenn Darden Jr: Terrell Darden: Glenn Darden :Raven Applewhite , Alexis Penny: Jaylon Penny: Monderio Brinson: & Brittany Applewhite, Laquita Darden; his siblings: Glenn Robert Darden, Goldsboro, NC, Anthony Applewhite, Virginia Beach, Va, Teresa Applewhite, Lucama, NC, Melissa Applewhite,(William Bolden), Virginia Beach, Va; one great aunt: Margaret C. Wilson and a host of other relatives and friends.
