Ralph Earl Mumford, son of the late Daniel Washington and Annie Mae Mumford was born in Wayne County, NC on December 16, 1947. He died peacefully at his home in Goldsboro on July 26, 2021.
Ralph graduated from Dillard High School in 1966. He also retired from Georgia Pacific after 23 years of service.
He is survived his daughter Shauna Price and husband Patrick of Selma and a host of other relatives and friends.
