Walter Wendell Parker was born on September 1, 1945, to the late Sallie Mae Smith and Walter Freeman Parker in Clinton, North Carolina,
Walter received his high school diploma from Grover Cleveland High School in Queens, NY. After graduating he discovered a passion for photography and enrolled in classed at Bronx Community College.
After he mastered photography, "Bro" discovered a passion for working on cars. He even enrolled in auto mechanic classes at Halifax Community College.
Throughout his life, "Bro" was inquisitive and wanted to master all he would be involved, so he would work various jobs until his retirement. But truth be told, he never truly retired, you would always see him working on a car or truck in front or backyard.
