William E. Moore was born in Goldsboro, NC, on March 16, 1963, to the late William Moore and Dorothy Mae Dowd Battle. He departed on August 11, 2023, in Goldsboro, NC.
William Earl was a fun, loving and outgoing person. William received his education in the Wayne County Public School system and graduated from Eastern Wayne High School. William was not ashamed of working hard and held many job positions, including Carolina Agri Farming Equipment, Mayflower Moving Company, and Franklin Bakery.
He was preceded in Death by his parents: William Moore and Dorothy Mae Dowd Battle; Two sisters: Pearlie Mae Woodard and Deloris Lane; Three brothers: Chester Brewington, James Eugene Brewington, and Anthony R. Brewington.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Rosalyn Jeffers Moore, and his daughters, Wanda Andrel Moore, Tamika D. Goff, and Latasha K. Wynn. one Son, Kendrick J. Goff (Annie); Stepson, Germaine James. Five sisters Angela Armstrong, Shirley A. Moore, Betty Mervin( Rev. Johnny), Gail Williams, Gwendolyn Brewington. Four brothers Dock Brewington, Willie Brewington, William Moore Jr., Thomas Hardy, and God brother Jasper Godwin.
