It was such a pleasure knowing Ethel as a neighbor, schoolmate and a leader in the Wayne County, Lenoir County Communities and surrounding areas too. She was full of wisdom and loaded with information that impacted our lives. She placed one of her handsome grandsons "Langston"in our care at Goldsboro Worship Guiding with Care Preschool Development Center a few summers.
Pray that her great legacy will live on through the lives of us whom she touched.

Ethel and I met on her detail to SSA main complex in Baltimore. We kept in touch through the years, when she was intern for a conference we would connect. The 2019 conference is still memorable. She will be forever remembered.

We knew each other from SSA, for many years. She served as my supervisor when we worked together in the Kinston SSA. Then we were together when both went to the Goldsboro office.
