It is with profound sorrow that we the staff and management of Serenity Memorial Funeral Home & Cremations announce the earthly departure of Mr. Willard Matthew Fowler. Mr. Fowler passed away on October 7, 2018.
He is survived by his mother Dianne Smith and and host of other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday October 26, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Old WA Foster Center
