Tangy was a very loving and caring person. She always said what she meant. You had to know her to realize that she was a trip. We have had numerous conversations. I remember the 1st time i met her. I was asking permission to come on to her property to fix the memorial left for BUTCHIE. She was so soft spoken &kind to me. She adored Butch.
